You mean like the thousands and thousands of them who live in those humongous buildings around the Cathedral and Wesley Heights?  Van Ness has its share as well, and Cleveland Park, and Woodley Park, oh and those RICH senior citizens around Kalorama, Dupont, the West End (particularly the Watergate, definitely the Watergate).
