Taping

I know the venue is pretty cool with taping if the band let's them know ahead of time. What if the band doesn't make it a point to tell the venue, but they are cool with taping? There are two upcoming shows that the band is cool with taping if the venue is (Big Bad Voodoo Daddy and Ministry. I have emails confirming this from each). Will I be able to tape with no hassle?

Generally speaking we only enforce the policy the band or their management wants enforced.  According to our notes,  BBVD does not allow audio or video recording and we have yet to talk to Ministry.
