Sorry for the delay in reply. However, to answer your question for the next time around, if you purchase through tickets.com you can generally pick up your ticket anytime during our normal box office hours immediately after purchase. That way avoiding any possible Will Call lines.
The box office is open Monday - Friday from noon until 11pm (show nights), Monday - Friday noon until 7pm (dark nights, when we do not have shows), and one hour before doors on Saturday and Sunday show nights.
