Future of the Left at RNRH
« on: October 30, 2009, 11:22:06 am »
..once i woke up from uninhabitable mansions.

I thought FOTL pretty much killed it.  Way better than the DC9 show a few months ago (and sound quality aside, i thought it was a pretty good show as well).  Also, a lot better than they're opening gig this time last year at the Black Cat.

I think a few others were on the rollcall as attending, figured I'd see what others opinions were of the show.  I'm admittedly a bit of a homer for FOTL and am i'm sure biased.

I'd read that they're on the verge of not making enough money as a band that there's a legitimate concern they'll disband.  Their crowds seem to gradually be getting bigger and more into them.

No but they did "Joe's a stupid fucking toolbag for skipping this show." Oh wait, that was me who did that just now.

Did they do "Real Men Hunt in Packs"?

And I echo Bellenseb re:the quality of the show and the lacking in sound quality. That shithole of a concert venue is doomed to have bad sound forever.
