Hmm... I Googled a bit and found this image of Bebel's set list from her European tour this year.

Not 100% sure that it's identical to what she played last night (wasn't there more than one song in last night's encore?), but if not, I think it must be pretty close.

Only 5 minutes late.   

She was on time at her appearance at the 9:30 Club circa 2006, but went on stage about an hour and 15 minutes late when she played in 2004.

She canceled her scheduled Sunday-night Richmond show a week in advance with "throat problems." None of the shows before or after that, just that one. I guess when you're that great a singer, you can just feel a "throat problem" coming days away.
