Might not be the place (and mods, if not, feel free to remove), but I'm moving at the end of the month, and wanted to let any boardies know that my current apartment will be open. It's a pretty sweet deal...two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room in the lower level of a house with another tenant upstairs and the rent is way low for what it is. Plus, full access to a pretty nicely sized yard just a few blocks from the heart of Del Ray in Alexandria.
It's not mine to rent, so I make no money off of this, but since we were the third tenants in a string that were somehow related (each person sort of passed it to the next), I figured I'd try to pay it forward to anyone here, if they're interested.
