So after trying to figure out EXACTLY who decides who wins these grammy awards, i have come to the conclusion that it is record label execs and so called "music professionals". What exactly does that mean? are they musicians? producers? guys that love music? or donate money? or who?
i mean really. I know its not MTV so you dont feel so bad, but did you really need to waste your Sunday night watching a TV Award show.
Is it wrong to think that its crap? I mean, after all, the people who vote for the awards' paychecks are directly affected by the outcome of such awards. So is this unbiased voting??? Is a Universal record exec going to vote for an artist from another label? I dont see that happening.
Anyone that can shed some light here would be great
