Kylie Minogue ticket issue

9:30 Staff,

I purchased tickets through the Kylie Minogue presale on her webpage a few months ago.  I know that 9:30 did not broker those tickets (SEE Ticketing did).  I contacted SEE a few weeks ago stating that I have not yet received my tickets, and they told me that they were mailed on March 21, 2011 and would arrive in the next 7-10 days.  Unfortunately, I have not yet received the tickets in the mail, and after checking with other friends who purchased through the presale, none of us have.  I've e-mailed SEE tickets again, but do we have any other option with the 9:30 Club?  It's not like I've lost the tickets, I've never received them, but I have all the details about my seats and section.

I wanted to let the Club know what was going on, because there are going to be countless individuals asking this in the next few weeks I'm sure.  Any help is appreciated, thanks!

So there is no further confusion, we are not affiliated with the fan club or the ticketing particulars and procedures of this show.  However, after checking with the venue today, we were told that these tickets started  shipping out on 4/1/2011, not 3/21/11.  (Therefore, one would assume the arrival of your tickets is imminent.)  If we receive more details and info, we will post here.

Thanks for responding Malice.

I know you aren't that affiliated with it, but figured I'd ask since it's on the 9:30 webpage.  I received another e-mail from them stating pretty much the same thing.  Hopefully they turn up soon, but all details and updates that you may receive are appreciated.  Thanks!
