That Mars song features a clip of Nixon's phone call to the moon, BTW.  There's another HawkwinD tune on another album with a clip of John Glenn's 'Fireflys' lament from the first orbit in the middle of a tune.

 GGW, you're right, the Pagans do rule the roads around here. I've known a few Pagans in my time. (And NO, not in the Biblical sense, Mankie.) They've always been very nice to me but a couple of the chicks have wanted to kill me out of imagined fear towards me. They are the ones who scare the shit out of me.
 
 Sir HC, if you can find it, check out Captain Lockheed and the Starfighters. There's a story in there from beginning to end with lots of great music in between. This is Robert Calvert's project and it's fucking fantastic!!! The Master will back me up on that.
 
 My turntable is down so haven't been able to listen to it for years and it's killing me. Can't find it on CD either. I tried downloading it several years ago but all the fans have super slow connections and the files sounded like shit so haven't bothered again. Besides, you really need to hear them from beginning to end without the breaks between files. You'll understand when you finally hear it.
 
 I can't drive and listen to Spirit Of The Age though or I start driving like a maniac.
