How does the early entry into the 9:30 Club via Backbar work? I'm thinking of doing it next week if possible.

An hour before doors.  The bar's capacity is relatively limited, so it can fill up, particularly if the show has sold well.

i hope the op does not take offense to what i said . . . the name irritated trout is so freaking growing on me, every minute, of every hour.

you know whats even better . . . there is a one after it,  as if there is another irritated trout lurking, like that show river monsters.  my partner turned me on to that show, and i hate fishing.

So do you have to stand in a special line for Backbar or just in the general line to get in the venue and then they let some people into the bar?

Saw the sign for the backbar tonight which basically said come early to the backbar and get in early.
