I am sure others have addressed this on here, but I searched and searched and found nothing, so here goes.

How exactly is the free ticket used?  I just "purchased" one for 500 points, and it will be shipped soon.  Once in hand, can it used be to purchase tickets online using any type of code?  Or can it strictly be used in person at the 9:30 box office?

Word on the street is that you log into you FWB account and you can redeem that ticket there.

In my experience, after you redeem your points, you receive an e-mail asking which show you'd like to attend.  Your name is then put on the house list.

Yes, this is how it played out for me.  I just had a few false assumptions based on the place-your-order/shopping-cart style presentation of the points redemption.
