Not sure if you guys remember me babbling on and on about my scottish (and oh so adorable) troubadour Johnathan Rice (the one who is friends with Conor Oberst? yeah indie cred)... but I have a little update on him.
 
 For all of you board ladies, and markie... the new issue of Elle magazine with Scarlett Johannson on the cover has a little half page spread about Johnathan. Pretty cool stuff, has info about his new album, etc etc. I suggest you peruse it at the store or even pick it up if you're that interested. It's pretty exciting, I think. But that's just me.

yeah i think there were a couple little blurbs in there? he was on Last Call with Carson Daly about a week or so.

It was disturbingly entertaining.  I kept waiting for him to kill himself, but to no avail.
 
 I wish I could buy stock in things like he's the next Nick Drake / Elliott Smith / insert other brilliantly sad song writers name here.
