Phone Wait Issues

Comcast's customer service is supbar and their wait times excessively long, imho.

...jetblue made me wait an extra two hours in Regan to start my Spring break
but they gave each of the $50 credits for that inconvenience  ($200 credit)...so IMO the wait was worth it

we know what he said..

he said i work in aviation so he stole a jet blue guy's letter for his "apology letter" to me.. which he said he did not mean at all...

I saw it. I then read his joke "apology letter" where he includes a bunch of personal information about me.. my kids names.. my partner's name...jokes around about making a donation to autism research (presumably because of my kid who he names in the letter)..obviously he has my address on it.. even includes my old car's license plate (the one i nearly got killed in and which became a wreck)

creepy and inappropriate... I didn't expect much which is why I delayed in reading it..worse than expected.

Any donations mentioned in any hypothetical letters were entirely real and not jokes. Same is true for any pictures of kittens.
