Last time I saw A3 they were opening for My Chemical Romance 3 years ago at UMBC. I was pretty oblivious to MCR's popularity and fan base at that point in time. I thought, "that song on the radio is ok, I'll stick around and check them out". I was in for a rude awaking when the sold out crowd was largely in the 12-17 age group and many were girls with signs and screeching. It was quite strange to me. Alkaline Trio played a short, but excellent set. It seemed about 30 people were into it. I didn't stick around.
