Presales at Ticket Window

Hello 930, can tickets for presales be purchased at the ticket window within the date/time open window of the presale, with the purchaser providing the presale PW to the ticket agent? Or is the sole method of purchase in a presale via online and thus the service fees are incurred? Thanks!

Our presales are online only. The box office is only able to sell tickets once the show has gone one general sale. Once the general sale begins if there are tickets available you can purchase them at the box office. That being said most of the time general ticket sales start at 10AM  but our box office opens at 12PM M-F.
