Has anyone seen him recently? How are his live shows?

His shows are GREAT. It's not that he runs around on stage, but he's really a magnetic person, has a great sense of humor and sings with a knowing, slightly mischievous warmth. The best shows I've seen are at Wolftrap.

Lyle is great live! I've gone to see him every year he's played at Wolftrap over the past 10 years. He puts on a really great show.
Speaking of which, i should probably go get my tix for that show.
