This isn't news for most of us, only proof to support our claims.

 Cloned shit

Where's that guy who sued George Harrison for "My Sweet Lord" when we need him!?

Yeah, that MP3 has been floating around lately...it's funny seeing the "cookie cutter" label to describe one band after looking at the avatar photos for the folks posting...different genre, same shit ("ooh, I'm dark and menacing and have multiple hair colors!"   )

i dunno a band cloning  itself isn't that farfetched, happens all the time... it would have been better to find two different bands with similiar songs...  there is definitely a pop punk song formula based on blink-182. plus a number of bands that scream and riff in the same place ala thursday.

i'm repeating myself for the umpteeth time, but i swear guitar center sells a emo band in box kit, complete with name generating software, guitar effects, an updated version of "dress of success", a box of hot topic provided accessories, a fake book, and a fillin in the blank journal in which to write the whole world sucks lyrics.
