Yeah....wtf?  Spector is a certified nut and I think he'll go down for this.  4 different women testified that he'd pulled guns on them in the past.

I whish that the whole Spector incident was dissected in a little more detail in that movie..

From the New York Post:

 PHIL HAS BAD-HAIR DAY

May 24, 2005 -- Call him Phil Spectacle. Looking like a cross between a hippie and a Brillo pad, Phil Spector sat glumly yesterday as a Los Angeles judge ruled that four women who claim the legendary record producer pulled a gun on them can testify at his murder trial.

All eyes were on Spector's hedge of wiry blond hair as Deputy District Attorney Doug Sortino argued that the music guru used guns to threaten or intimidate women in "an ongoing course of conduct that happens again and again and again."

  -------
 Some Phil Spector stories:

 1) He used to run around in his mansion dressed as Superman.

 2) After years of isolating wife Ronnie from contact with the outside world, he finally allowed her to have a car, but not before equipping it with a Phil Spector mannequin in the passenger's seat to dissuade men from making passes at her.

 Ronnie Spector

She once said her entire goal as a performer was to have teenaged boys masturbate while thinking of her.

I met Ronnie once...she was pretty cool. She didn't make me masturbate though.

I've never met her, but think I shall make her dreams come true this afternoon.  Grrrrrr...

P.S. Please, Sushi, don't hold this against me in the future.  I'd hate for you to ruin my changes of getting a car loan if you're offended.  After all, I'm only human...
