Is it possible for a parking meter to be too cold to register coins dropped in? I was up by the 9:30 Club today and I dropped coins in four different meters on 8th Street, and none would register. I finally parked on V Street. The only thing I can think of is the cold, unless it's some sort of conspiracy on the part of the DC traffic enforcement.
