In related news, Apple released the newest generation ipods today.  12 hour battery life, scroll wheel like the ipod mini's, slightly thinner and 20gb capacity for $299 instead of $399.

Pretty sure you can just drag and drop them after you've connected the ipod like it was any external drive but the file names are all screwy when the songs get put on the ipod.  The tags are all still good though.

By the time I wear out my ipod there will be something even better and cheaper from apple.  But if I were to lose it tomorrow i'd go right out and buy another.  There is no life after the ipod for me.
