Mank, if you -- an employee of the company - beat the shit out of a customer, both you and the company should be vulnerable to litigation.

If another customer beats the shit out of the annoying customer, no, the company should not be party to a suit.

So if I ever want to beat the shit out of a customer I should drag him next door to Carmax first?

And I'm sure there's some dirtbag lawyer who'd find a way to sue us for two customers duking it out on our property...and if any board members are lawyers (except smackie) YES! You're all fucking miserable lousy dirtbags, even lower than car salespeople.

There'd be no more gun worries, if responsible volk would all send their jugend here.

I think they went after the gunshop in Washington state because the gunshop owner did not follow procedures before selling guns, and never kept records.

DC has a law that gun manufactures can be held responsible for crimes committed with their products...which is Bo'o'o'o'ogus. That's like sueing Toyota if some Baw'heed has an accident in one of their cars.

I dunno I have heard some nightmare stories on the web about car dealers.......

"!@#$ is a creep.. he gave me a bad feeling from day one and all I can say is Thank GOD I didn't give him any money and quietly wait for a car to arrive."

I dunno, someone seemed to annoy a lot of people. Never returning calls and the like. Is that how people manage to devote so much time to the board?
