metro after black cat show?
« on: May 10, 2005, 02:35:00 pm »
I'm heading to BSP at the black cat this thursday, but seem to remember that shows there end too late to grab the metro back towards greenbelt.  Does anyone know in general when concerts tend to end there?

You'll be cutting it close if you want to stay for the entire set. On a weeknight, if there are three bands playing, the headliner usually doesn't go on until 11.

i concur... i always drive to weekday Black Cat because i don't want to keep checking my watch.  the  last train towards greenbelt leaves after midnight, but i hate risking it and missing it.

I always take the Metro when I go to the Black Cat. I've only missed the last song or two from the encore on a couple occasions. Most of the time I see the whole set. The last train to Greenbelt is at 12:21 and it's almost always about 5 minutes late. Just make sure you leave the Black Cat by 12:15 and walk relatively quickly.
