 Ponson wasn't on the Yankees, so it's useless to speculate. However, giving up 6 runs every 9 innings isn't likely to win many games regardless of who you play for.
 
 All of Colon's statistics this season are better than Poson's, ERA, WHIP, K/9, opposing BA, the whole 9 yards...he even weighs less.

I'm saying stating a win/loss record is pretty useless. Case in point, Ben Sheets

Ok, then see the third line of the post above yours, and realize that Ponson had a horrible season by any standard.

the sould have trded palmero and a couple other ppl for pitchers...
