I thought it was a brilliant idea to have an election night viewing party at the club...until I saw that there's a $12 entry fee.

What expenses need to be covered that aren't going to be covered by all the alcohol we'll be drinking in order to drown our sorrows (yeah, I'm a pessimist but that's another topic of discussion)?
Originally, the website said it was being presented by Rock the Vote. It no longer says that but does say there will be 'very special guests'.
Anyone know what's going on here? Who's getting the money?
