From the Ashes of Lollapalooza . . .

Morrissey is about to embark on a US tour! Here are three of those dates and onsale information. More tour dates to be announced soon.
 
 WASHINGTON DC
 
 September 29, DAR Constitution Hall
 Tickets on sale Saturday, August 21, 10AM EST.
 The presale will take place on Friday, August 20, from 10 AM to 10 PM EST.
 
 PHILADELPHIA
 
 October 1 and 2, Tower Theater
 Tickets on sale Saturday, August 28th, 10am EST at all Ticketmaster locations and the Tower Theater box office (no service charge), 215-336-2000.
 
 CHICAGO
 
 October 15, Aragon Ballroom
 Tickets on sale Saturday, August 28 at 12 pm CST. Go here to get tickets.

Come on Seth...how could you let Morrissey go to DAR when you can book both the 930 and Merriweather?

I believe it was posted right after my initial message.  Now if only PJ Harvey would announce her fall tour schedule, all will be well.

SUPERGRASS!! I saw Morrissey in Chicago in July, gotta say that I'd rather see Supergrass instead. Not that I don't love Morrissey, but I think I'd rather go support the 'grass.

I hope that PJ doesn't play Constitution...I'd rather see her do 2 nights at the 9:30.

I'm not complaining about the price because it's worth it to me, but can Moz really demand a $55 ticket in the US??

he sold out the House of Blues in Chicago and tickets were about that much...they were gone in minutes.
