I disagree...sounds like an Interpol pre-sale to me, so you'd have to get the password from the band's website/email.

For Interpol in the past (with the exception of the one Bowery Ballroom show), all you had to do is sign up with Musictoday. Not super exclusive.

Not surprisingly, I'm wrong.....  9:30 club emailed the password.

But. my question -- do you think I'll really have to buy a ticket for the Friday show during the presale?  I think I'm risking a trip to the box office tomorrow night.  If I miss out, no stress.  Seen 'em twice last year...

Don't go tomorrow night, the pre-sale is only for Friday, Feb. 4, 10am - 10pm.

Are Q and Not U opening the DC Interpol shows?

I live in Richmond now. There aren't many good shows. Everyone drinks a lot. The Village is rad.

On a serious note. I notice "presales" are becoming popular with everyone. Can someone please enlighten me on why they have them? Why not just make the tickets available earlier to everyone instead of going through the bullshit of passwords and secret handshakes and all that crap? U2 cashed in on them by charging â?¬40 just to register for the priveledge of getting in the presale....so they don't count because Bono and his boys are just money grabbing wankers at this point. How much money does someone need for crying out loud!!! GGW doesn't need to answer that.
