so anyway, about Superdrag, no stage presence?, ludicrous, have seen them 4 or 5 times and the only time they were bad was when they played The Tavern at AU, which is a horrible venue

wait, don't they guide hipster fans?

still don't see how this is an unappropriate name. doesn't say WHICH voices they are guided by.  they aren't called guided by the greatest musical voices.

Something really hysterical...just now on the robbie fulks board, as people were debating whether ryan adams is adouchebag or not, someone wrote this:

well...ryan DOES look pretty on that record cover. i think i'm over this whole ryan adams animosity...from now on i am going to concentrate all my rocker hatred toward robert pollard - a man much more worthy of my critical energies.

...now don't everybody go and spy on me on that chatboard, and sign up for that chatboard and post on it trying to turn everyone there against me...

I have a feeling you're more than capable of achieving that all on your own.  ;)

the funny thing is, a lot of people get a weird perception of Robert Pollard, I watched the documentary about them the other night, and he is one of the most down to earth guys around, I think it just must be how Rhett explains people's feelings about Exit Clov, jealousy

Pollard never intended to be in a touring rock band, he just always wanted to play music
