it also might help to date men who aren't acting like they are still 5 years old and are on the immaturity level of Mankie.   ;)

Yes, I am dating a musician...and I lurrrve being wrapped up with him on a cozy Friday night, but there is a fine line between "wrapped up" and "completely smothered" -- although it has not reached the latter, I am trying my best to suppress that. He is wonderful and fun, so I guess it can't be the worst thing in the world. So don't be jealous! You have your hot drummer chick - that's awesome.

Oh Captain, my Captain....I am so not From Autumn to Ashes...I'd say I'm more of.. Converge right now. I am still my jovial self, with a little bit of self doubt and stress x 985 piled on top.   :D

DON'T Paige!

I've been there. They're usually nothing but selfish narcissists who expect you to do all of the compromising (if that's what you call it) but won't do shit for you. You'll only end up abused and hurt. Let them be to their jobs and their hands.

Maturity is nature's way of telling you it's time to die.

oh, i have learned that firsthand, with my mother and father....only my dad's "job" that he is obsessed with is Golf, and my mother still refers to herself as a "golf widow" -- he can go out anytime to play a round, but if she wants to go out and not make dinner, he flips out. rahh boys are stupid.

Maybe while your dad going out to "play a round" your mum should go out and "play around"   ;)
