this is for all the Kiwi's in New Zealand since it's Friday

I gave up on Heardle almost immediately.. so ooh 80s heardle is going to be much more in my wheelhouse and of course i crashed and burned on the first one I tried... in my defense they weren't really a US 80s staple :)

dude.  i like to think i have a decent knowledge of 80's music, but pretty sure i've never heard that one.  also, don't like that the first clue/sample was 90% silence and you only got one note.  trim those samples, yo!

i knew of the group and the Brits who were posting their results were getting the song right away, so clearly much more popular across the pond.

based on the potential guess list this will be fun additional to my daily guessing game rotation.

Noticed the same about the silence. It was familiar to me (I have it on a comp) but not that much. Plus, it starts with a slow, unaccompanied, and somewhat cliched melody; I hear two seconds and I know the rest of the sample but not enough of the rest of the song.
