Story-wise, I was more bummed that they killed Libby.  Think of the great tension they could've played with, as Michael is thinking of ways to off the one person who knows what he did?

Still, I had really grown to like Ana-Lucia.  I cannot wait for that finale.

Off topic, but didn't those two on LOST get killed because they got arrested for DUI's?

Or was that planned before their run in with Hawaii 5-0

I've kind of felt that 24 has had its ups and down this season.

As for Lost, I would've liked to have seen where they would have went with Libby's mental history.  That could've been fun.

No, if producers really cared about what kind of trouble the actors were in off-screen, half of Hollywood would be fired.

 Look at Robert Downey Jr.

She stepped up and did quite the acting when she was dying...man, that was rough.
*spoiler warning & hearsay* I think there is more to come w/ Libby's history - when someone was asked about not being to find out about her mental history and relation to Hurley, the answer was: Desmond comes back and Libby is related to his story...

So funny you ask...I missed a couple episodes in January, I think, and I just couldn't get back to it.  So I'm not watching it at all -- I'll catch it on DVD (I'm also not reading about it, as I'm pretty sure I'll see it in a few months when the DVDs come out).

i love it.

with respect to the question of when JB eats, you'll recall that jack's lady friend with whom he was shacking at the beginning of the season fed him a hearty breakfast.  good thing, no time for drive thrus when you're saving the entire fucking country.  during breakfast her punkass son was frontin' and talkin' shit to jack whilst eating.  jack must have been thinking to himself that he could terminate the kid's life in under 2 seconds.

I think this is the best season of 24 yet. They hired some new writers last summer (David Fury, for one), and I think the writing has been vastly improved as a result. There were certainly a couple of seasons there (3 and 4, to be explicity) during which I wondered why I was still watching this show, but I'm glad I stuck with it. This season has been really tight.

The supporting actors have been much better, if not the best of all seasons. Well, except the President (where'd they find that yuk?)
Speaking of Chloe - anyone see her on Gilmore Girls?

definitely my least favorite season so far

Wow, if anything that episode made up for the rest of the season.  That was exactly how I thought last year should've ended.  I'd say that was easily the best finale they've had since season one.
