All this talk about the Gorillaz made me think of Blur. They'd be a good headliner for Lolla at some future date/year.

yeah, i just got the email about it and went and saw it was sold out.  i didn't even know it was going to be happening today.
i probably wouldn't have bought the tickets anyway, but it caught me a bit off guard.

Yeah, with my new job, I can't check my personal email very often, so I missed the presale by 10 mins. For $45, I would have bought a ticket. Oh well! General onsale and lineup announcement will be coming soon.

wow.  thats really awesome.  not so big on the headliners, but this is a really solid lineup of bands, better than Coachella.  lets see how 8 stages pans out tho.

oh, and thats only 82 of whats said to be 130 bands....

Well DC still has Robbie Fulks playing the Old Dominion Music Festival. At least that's something.

Maybe a half dozen good bands. A load of crap. South by Southwest lineup is ten times better.

Definitely a solid lineup. Many bands that are excellent live. No one that I am freaking out about seeing, but I still think it will be a lot of fun. I'm going. And I'm still hoping for a few more bands that I've been really wanting to see.

And of course it isn't as good as SXSW. How could it be?!
