what time has the Police been hitting the stage, typically?
I would say 9.  Be in your seat by 8:45 or so, though.  Chances are they're gonna open with "Message In A Bottle" or "Synchronicity II."  You don't wanna miss that.  Trust me. [/b]
Great.  Beers before or after?  Hit me up.

Yeah, that amazed me to.  One guitar throughout the entire show.  I've seen people switch out guitars during shows between every song when they (maybe) have strummed two or three chords, tops.

Gotta run back uptown before the show.  Who knows? I'm ambitious.  Let's aim for both.  LOL.

I had a great time.  The band seemed to lack a spark on a few songs, but there were many moments that set the ladies into extatic Belinda Carlisle dancing (especially Can't Stand Losing You).  I was pretty awed by how well preserved the band is, and - particularly in comparison to Diamond Dave last week - how well preserved Sting's voice is.  And how well preserved my memories are when hearing the songs - I was back in the world where every girl was taller than me, had moussed up hair, and wore Bennetton rugbies.  A lot of the songs weren't as 'bright' as I think they could have been but they put on a nice show.

Saw them last night, my third and final show.  It was great (I was most sober for this show, so that could play a tiny part).  They've definitely gotten tighter since the first leg.

I do NOT like the 1986 version of Don't Stand So Close to Me -- that song should be haunting, not 'jaunty and jazzy,' but otherwise they're messing with the songs less.  Enjoyed it and glad for all three shows I went to (Madison Square Garden, Aug 3; Atlantic City, Nov 3; Verizon Center, Nov 5).

Great show.  Not as transcendant, per se, as MSG but whatever.  I think I'll ride off into the sunset with this show.  It can't keep getting any better, and it's not like they're making drastic changes with the setlist.  Plus 5 is a good, nice, round number.  Good to end it all (for me) back home.  They looked like they were really having fun up there.  It was a hell of a ride, and as a fan of good music/great musicians & artists period - as well as their band - I'm honored to have made it to 5 shows.  Was thinking about Philly next week, but nah.  I'm good.

In Toronto (Thursday night show) it took a song or two to get into the groove. They sounded great and looked like they were having a great time. The show  ended strong and was very happy that I went. I did get a good laugh out of them wanting $40 for a tee shirt (no, I did not buy one).
