 Also, I don't think I'll go to DCFC at MPP...just too far on a work day - good seats in the pre-sale, though. Perhaps they'll tour venues in the fall.

As far as I can gather, the Ritter show IS during the day, late afternoonish. I think I did read that GW students can bring one non-student guest, so perhaps you could stand outside the entrance and ask somebody to get you in?    My wife has a friend who is a GW grad student. I asked her to borrow her friend's student id, pose as her friend, and bring me as her friend, but she wasn't crazy about that idea.     I don't know that I want to swing over to Recher during the week. i no longer trust itunes presale stuff. i did that for the foo fighters it wasnt needed b/c they send out their own presale passwords and most of the shows arent even sold thru ticketmaster. oh, and i really dislike itunes.
 
 i probably would pay 175 if i was in the front few rows now that i think of it b/c he doesnt tour much.

Sadly, the Stars of the Lid and Earth/Kayo Dot DC area shows are on the same night. SOTL at Iota and Earth/Kayo Dot at rnr hotel on 5/4.
