I just read an interview with him in Radar and he's just worthless.  He's not even rated enough to be overrated.  He just drones on with that "Oww!  I'm a dark, mysterious, brooding Aesthete who was in Birthday Party!"  "Music will save the world!"  "Radiohead are fools for giving away music!"  "Religion humors me!"   Almost as useless as Lou Reed but that's not possible.  An alt-rock Goober Pyle who's mysteriously treated as a legend.
