That ecstacy/old people rant was *almost* as brilliant as xneverwherex's "great white" post in the bands that have blown stuff up thread.
 
 
 Gary Higgins was excellent; even better than I could've hoped for. Nice tasteful jamming out of many of the songs from Red Hash. Got everything I wanted to hear except for "It Didn't Take Too Long." The dude on keys put a lot of nice spacy washes into all the slower songs which was a nice touch. Hope to see him again soon.

 If not G-Frapp, then definitely B-52's in Philly and DC.
 
 It all depends on whether or not priceline accepts my bid for a flight.

Gary Higgins was excellent; even better than I could've hoped for. Nice tasteful jamming out of many of the songs from Red Hash. Got everything I wanted to hear except for "It Didn't Take Too Long." The dude on keys put a lot of nice spacy washes into all the slower songs which was a nice touch. Hope to see him again soon.[/b]

gary had a great time and said he'd love to come back. i might try to bring him down for free folk phantasmagory V. the red hash songs were amazing, and his new songs are pretty good, too. i wasn't a huge fan of the midi synth stuff, but he played it as tastefully as possible. higgins' vox were top-notch.

An Albatross may be one of the crazier shows I've been to. If I remember correctly, I was sore the next day.
