 I know I've brought it up before, but now there is more of a chance then ever.  Kylie Minogue is playing some in South American in November, and she just added a few more (I think 5 total).  Can you please get her to the US.  I'm sure she's thinking about it, but probably only doing NYC, LA, etc.  A DC show would be amazing, at any venue.

 the Easy Star All-Stars (of "dub side of the moon" and "Radiodread" fame) will be touring europe in a few weeks.  should they happen to do a stateside tour thereafter, i think they'd make a lovely addition to the 930's line-up.  thanks!

Hey Seth, it looks like the Specials, or at least the Specials minus Jerry Dammers, have reunited and are looking to play shows next year.  How about a warm DC welcome with a sold out 930 gig or 2 or 5?

you sure about that?  their website lists shows going back to march, and no DC/VA/MD dates... also, i'd be surprised to see them opening for someone else unless is was someone relatively big.  any chance that you're thinking of some other "all star" band?
