Hey Seth,

I saw the fiery furnaces were playing on 6/30.  I know man man is playing some shows with them, but they weren't scheduled to play at the 9:30.  Is it possible to get them here also?  I would be eternally grateful.

I'll second that.  Would make an awesome pairing.

Hey Seth,

How about a DC date for the acoustic Foo Fighters / Frank Black tour?

The Foo Fighters much anticipated Acoustic Tour kicks off this July! Seven US dates have been announced at intimate venues across the country! A special 8-piece line-up will perform the live premiere of songs from disc 2 of In Your Honor as well as unique interpretations of favorites from the band's entire catalogue.

Joining the band on the second installment of the In Your Honor Tour are special guests Petra Haden on Violin, Rami Jaffee on Keyboards, Drew Hester on percussion and former Foo Fighter Pat Smear on Guitar! Opening acts for these shows will be Timmy Curran in July and Frank Black in August.

There is a DC date for the Foo acoustic tour, but I don't know when or where.  Because the other shows are at seated venues, I'm thinking the Warner?

Where did you hear about the DC date? The list of dates I've seen don't include DC (at least not yet). East coast dates included Boston, NYC, Chicago, and Philly. I'd love a DC date, and would be even happier with the show at the 930.

I almost bought one for Philly/Jersey but decided to hold out for a DC date or not go at all. I'd really  like to, and am hoping for 9:30 [for comfort & location]...  :)

I bought Philly tickets, just in case the DC date doesn't work out.  I'd be thrilled with a Warner Theater show.

WOW, Foo Fighters are more expensive than Radiohead...and Radiohead don't suck!

I can't be specific, but a friend knows a local DJ who knew all about the last few Foo DC shows.  And it makes sense -- you really think Grohl would skip over DC?

Please, oh please, don't let it be another radio-giveaway-only ticket process.  I don't think I can listen to that much DC101 again so soon.

Could you bring the Eagles of Death Metal/Peaches tour to the 9:30? I know they're playing Baltimore, but a DC gig would be VERY cool.
