excellent idea... something like in-n-out burger, where you have to be "in the know" to order off-menu items.

I think the ordering process would have to be more complicated. Perhaps a kitchen cell phone could be set up where people with phone numbers on an approved list could text in their orders.

Get hold of the cell number and text an order without going through the proper channels first, no pot goodies for you.
