I own:

 98. Dinosaur Jr. - Beyond
 96. Arctic Monkeys - Favourite Worst Nightmare
 48. The Weakerthans - Reunion Tour
 35. Peter Bjorn & John - Writer's Block
 29. Spoon - Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga
 26. The Shins - Wincing the Night Away
 19. Ted Leo & the Pharmacists - Living with the Living
 08. Modest Mouse - We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank
 07. Wilco - Sky Blue Sky
 02. Arcade Fire - Neon Bible
 01. The National - Boxer

There are ALOT of otherwise acclaimed albums on the list that I've at least sampled on eMusic, but just couldn't get in to.

Isn't this a list of the albums who spent the most on advertising with Paste?

19 for me. But there a few that I was planning to get on my next eMusic haul. And it's criminal that Panda Bear is not on this list...

Paste isnt the best mag around, but it isnt exactly shit.

So i got 17 of the top 100 albums of this year according to paste... I figured it would be higher.  I need to check my itunes and see which albums didnt make the cut.

Agreed. But Raccoo-oo-oon in a paste top 100 is a stretch. Definitely in my top 20, though.
