I once saw a VA plate that said "To The"  and on either side of were Redskins bumper stickers that said "Hail" and "Redskins"

Is it just me, or does the personalized plate phenomenom seem to be particularly large among Virginians? Btw, I'm not knocking Virginians--I became one at the start of the year so...
