Lily Allen at the 9:30 Club in February I think.  She does not deliver live, in my opinion.

Ryan Adams & The Cardinals @ DAR
 
 Believed the hype that his live shows are no longer an exercise in patience. I was wrong. Horrible set list coupled with a faux jam band performance = lame night out.
