I'll have to go with Fairytale Of New York too!  Other favorites are The Power Of Love by Frankie Goes To Hollywood and You Ain't Getting Shit For Christmas...don't remember who it's by though.  Oh yeah, Stiff Little Fingers' version of White Christmas always puts me in the festive mood.
