Fairytale of New York is by far the best.

The Vandals "Oi to the World" is #2.

Travis - River has grown on me this year.

Raveonettes - Christmas Song is my favorite new Xmas song.

David Bowie and Bing Crosby - Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy

Ramones - Merry Xmas (I don't want to fight tonight

 Dave Matthews - Christmas Song

Badly Drawn Boy - Donna and Blitzen

 John Lennon - Happy Xmas

Run DMC - Xmas in Hollis

And U2 - Christmas - Baby Please come home

I'll have to go with Fairytale Of New York too!  Other favorites are The Power Of Love by Frankie Goes To Hollywood and You Ain't Getting Shit For Christmas...don't remember who it's by though.  Oh yeah, Stiff Little Fingers' version of White Christmas always puts me in the festive mood.    ;)
