The Light In The Attic joked Durst was starting a re-issue label

“Yeah it’s mastered from the original analog tapes, in gatefold packaging, and pressed on 180g color vinyl from RTI”

The other funny one I saw is

I think it’s the combo of checked Vans, colored sunglasses and gray hair, but I can’t help but think Fred Durst looks like Grandpa Spicoli at Lollapalooza lol

I had no idea that Journey was founded by former members of Frumious Bandersnatch!
Really got to imagine you had to do a lotta drugs to agree to name your band that (they did steal it from Lewis carol)

Four members of Frumious Bandersnatch (Bobby Winkelman, Jack King, Ross Valory, and David Denny) became regular members of the Steve Miller Band Valory, along with fellow Frumious Bandersnatch member George Tickner and manager Herbie Herbert, joined former Santana members Neal Schon and Gregg Rolie to form the band Journey in 1973.

Someone is really hard up for sources on the Frumious Bandersnatch wiki page.

News Google this rapper, called DaBaby.   People can have what opinion they want, but you have to be completely stupid to say anything of the sorts in today's era of canceling anyone for any, thing.

He looks more like a fat rat than a modest mouse.

Too bad. DaBaby was my all-time favorite artist. It was DaBaby, then The Beatles, Stones, The Clash, and REM.  NOT ANYMORE.

in case anyone thought that number was realz: daily attendance at Lolla was around 100K.  so if every single person at the festival was at her show (which wasn't the case), she's be 80K short of her "estimate."

was a fun time. really only saw the foos, the modest mouse, and parts of brittany howard, front bottoms, band of horses, ottto. basically, the plan was to see foos and mouses, and we kept to that plan. saw a full brittany howard set at thalia hall on saturday night/sunday morning, and that was pretty great. was a masked event. we mostly were able to keep a distance from others. used a lot of hand sanitizer. lolla logistics were really well done. easy in and out, plentiful bathroom facilities, food vendors, water, merch. air travel was pretty easy. ubers were expensive. chicago weather was perfect. Fun record stores in Wicker Park yesterday. Got to hang with a friend I hadn't seen in a couple of years, and that was a good reconnect.

I am fully vaxxed, but got tested before the trip, and I will likely test again later this week before re-engaging with society.
