You all sound like a bunch of old hens talking. 5 years ago you wouldn't have cared how sold out the show at the 930 Club were. You went, you still enjoyed it and you didn't complain.

I could be wrong but 5 years ago, there weren't nearly as many sold-out shows as there are now. I can't be sure about that, but it sure seems like it.

So am I the only one that thinks like sold out shows at 9:30 are not as packed in the last year+ as they previously were?  I feel like I have noticed that on too many occasions recently to think it is a fluke.

Could be that I just picked a great deal of oversold shows in my first couple years here.  Wilco in '06, for example, seemed like it was way oversold.
