HOCO, BMORE BAN FOUR LOKO Baltimore Sun: "Baltimore City and Howard County said Tuesday that they will fine merchants who refuse to stop selling caffeine-infused alcohol drinks ? a move designed to add teeth to state and federal warnings about the popular beverages.

The city's ban on Four Loko and similar drinks, which goes into effect after 5 p.m. Thursday, calls for fines of up to $1,000. The county's ban, which goes into effect a day earlier, has staggered fines of up to $500."

to get us in the christmas spirit (and to provide a potential answer, for some, to Ceiling Cat's questions above):

some might say that depicting jesus - a jew - in pork product is sacriledge. but i'd like to remind you that jesus came to not only save us from sin, but also to save us from a life without bacon. say what you will about christianity but had at least 2 other religions won out, our breakfasts would be a hell (!) of a lot less interesting.

amen ;)

I never understand how vegans can be fat.

Few people are as obnoxiously sanctimonious as reformed carnivores.

i've known a few reformed smokers who might give them a run for their money.

I'm going to agree with Beets on this. Vegans are the worst. They're worse than ex-smokers, AA alcoholics, missionary christians, militant blacks, militant whites, Amway salesmen, scientologists, meth addicts, recently out-of-the-closet gays, Axl Rose, and cat ladies.
