Are you a Virgin Mobile customer?  They have access to presales as well.  A friend of mine in the "previous ticket buyer" category has gotten an email, so they are going out.

I signed up for updates, but  have not gotten any emails or any codes.  Kinda like the 9:30 weekly blast email.

yeah I signed up for the updates on the website awhile ago too but also the website was acting weird so maybe my email didn't go thru.  But you would think people who got that from ticketmaster which I got last year would get an email.  Hmmm
