if wiener and deaner played the club, and it did not sell out . . . would that be the end of this area for them.  i used to know quite a few people that loved ween and followed them up until the split, 'round here.  I don't really know a lot of younger people that know them or listen to them in my area, or would go see them in the 'city.

Ween is not interested in playing the club...basically they are in it for the money...for gener I think he does it cause he has to...they are now more popular elsewhere so play bigger places   Elsewhere where they make more money

It’s pretty clear gener wants to play as few shows as possible for the most money possible...

I just can’t figure out where they lost their local crowd...this used to be one of their core areas...now it’s an afterthought

I never go there any more, but remained me back in the 90's (at the other yums up the street) when it was sketchy as shit on 14th and there was the bulletproof glass and turntable to pay them

Used to be 3.25....want to say with drink but not sure...now it’s like $9

I was in philly last week for a few days...they still have $4 beers at restaurants
