lesson to be learned from this:  if a moderator gives you a chance and warns you about something, take the hint.  over the years, the ice has been thin under several regular posters.  i usually put up a sign of some sort before it breaks.

Having moved from Richmond to the DC area in the past few years, and being a big fan of the single malt..

I'd highly recommend buying it up here (significantly cheaper) and possibly just making the delivery in person.
