I got mine today at the box office and saved massive on service charges. Seems for the W'burg show - 1/2 the tix sold out in pre-sale and its expected by end of the weekend to sell out. Did this show totally sell out?? Also - thankfully ours is all GA!

show appears to be close to selling out.  pair = section K (back of the hall), single = box 38  (ditto).

The two best LIVE B&S albums are:

The Boy With the Arab Strap
Fold Your Hands Child, You Walk Like a Peasant

Discuss.

I never go to DAR, but I swear, the last time I was there for the Pixies, I thought I had amazing seats only to find out you had even more amazing seats.  I'll try to meet up and say hi.

One week until B&S at Constitution Hall, nimrods. New album is streaming at NPR http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=130212728. Will listen to it tonight after Happy Hour. The band's website hasn't been updating setlists, but the setlist from the Vegas Matador show looked pretty good.

Their new album is even worse than the last one. Hooray for their newest member, Norah Jones.

Thanks for the link. Good to see Loneliness getting frequent play. What do I have to do to get I Love My Car played?

Post an anti-urban, pro-suburbs rant on here.

Don't think I can swing that. Not full of much rage, lately. I'm trying to twee the fuck out.

Pretty pumped...

Sure, the new album might be their worst. But it still has 4-5 really excellent songs on it. And that won't affect their live show much at all, since they'll most likely only play the good ones and B + S have never been ones to throw their whole new record at an audience. They like to give the people what they want.

Plus, these guys've already released a normal career's-worth of good output and Stuart has near-infinite charm.
