yes. interlocken. i heard it has a new name, but i dont call things new names, like nissan. is anybody going from here, or is this something that anybody even would be remotely interested in? i feel the music is pretty special with chances of some serious moments in "rock and roll history printed in the pages of rolling stone" in my opinion. but im not sure how to look at the drug aspect of these festivals anymore. i do ignore it and pay attention at the same time. they are there and those are there who want to do it, and it is illegal. just because you like the drugs, does not change the fact that they are illegal and you will/could get fucked if you are caught with them. that is the chance you take. that does not make the law wrong, it just means you have to choose to take that chance. pot has been illegal forever for so many reasons, but one of them is because it is unfiltered smoke and it will kill you. you hear me you stoners out there . . . it will kill you. there and you know it is true but you dont care. i had to quit for that reason only, for i did love the stuff. other drugs like mushrooms and lsd and cocaine and ecstasy and heroin and pills and crystal and whatever else, are like ticking time bombs in certain people. that is why i do not know how to look at the drug aspect of music festivals. i believe that people should have the right to try them and realize that you could lose everything if you continue, before they make the decision to go in either direction. it is not a secret that a lot of people cant, or do not want to be sober at concerts, whether by alcohol or harder stuff. im not sure how to look at that either, because i like to drink at concerts.
